How to collect RC of vehicle from PUNE Pimpri RTO office.

If you have missed to collect the RC of your vehicle at your address or if the RC is not delivered at your address, you visit the Pimpri RTO office with below documents and make a payment of 50rs and they will hand over the RC to you. Below are the details to collect your undelivered RC from RTO office Pimpri, PUNE.

Below documents required :

1. RC return form. (You will get this form in Xerox shops near RTO Office, I have not found it online)

2. Address proof

3. ID proof. 

4. Tax invoice of your vehicle. 

5. Receipt of the fee paid for the removal of hypothecation.

6. Need to pay 50rs at RTO office and submit that receipt as well.

Below are specific to Pimpri RTO Office.

2.   Visit the 2^nd building in the Pimpri RTO Office. They provide you the missing\undelivered\uncollected RC’s only from 10AM to 2PM only. So make sure you visit by 10 AM itself.

3.   Show the fee receipt you paid and along with that provide all the above documents in this counter.

4.   The person at the counter will verify your documents and if all the documents required are there then they will put a stamp stating documents verified and ask you to make fee payment of 50rs in first floor counter of the same building.

5.   Then go to the first floor and make fee payment of 50rs in below counter and collect the receipt from the counter.

6.   Go back to the ground floor and show the 50rs fee paid receipt in the same counter you visited at first.

7.   They will take the receipt and then they will look for your RC and will ask you to sign in register and will hand over the RC to you.

Reach RTO office by 10AM, then you don’t need to stand in the long queue and even if you have to submit more documents you will have enough time.

Hope this helps someone to avoid paying the unnecessary extra amount to the agents. Agents were charging around 1000rs to 1500rs.

List of the things you need to carry while traveling to Ladakh.

For many people, Ladakh is a dream destination to visit at least once in a lifetime. Truly Ladakh is a beautiful place. After my last bike trip to Ladakh, I understood there are several important things I should have carried with me but either missed or forgot. In this article I will give the list of the things you should take with you while going to Ladakh, few of these items are must for your safety and few of the items are for having a memorable trip. After all, when you finally visit Ladakh you want to make it as memorable as possible and should not regret after visiting there ‘Ah!! I should have got that one from home!!’.

Sweater: Not one but more.

As Ladakh is situated at a high altitude of 11,000 ft, the first thing you would require after reaching Ladakh is a woolen sweater. The temperature there would be very less and most of the time we would be spending on woolen sweaters and woolen Jackets, it would be a wise decision to carry more sweaters than regular T-shirts. If you carry only one sweater with you, in most of the photos you will look like you are in the same dress J. So if required reduce the number of Tshirts\Shirts you carry and add more sweaters\jackets to your luggage.

Cold\Moisturising Cream, lip balm & D-Tan Cream\lotion:

The climate changes so rapidly in Ladakh it is difficult to predict and at the same time, it is difficult for the body to adjust to the climate changes. Carry a Cold Cream and you must apply it while going out, if you are traveling by car then ok but if you are going for a bike trip then your skin will start turning white and it will become hard and even washing of face becomes difficult. Same time carry a D-Tan lotion as well so that you can avoid skin burns.

Hand gloves & Winter Cap:

Hand gloves are must and don’t plan to purchase winter cap or muffler in Ladakh, instead purchase and carry with you before reaching Ladakh.

Shoes:

This is another must thing you should carry. Trekking shoes would a good choice if not running shoes. For bike trip definitely biker shoes. Sandals can be used only inside the hotel.

Goggles:

These are for 2 purposes one to protect our eyes from the cold winds and second obviously for photos J.

Medicine:

There is a medicine available for altitude sickness which I don’t want to name, but it did help me as well when I was passing through the high altitude pass. SO based on your health conditions you should carry it along with you and also carry basic medicine for headache, body pains, cold, and fever.

Powerbank for mobile:

When you will be traveling long distances on road this is a must.

Extra battery for the camera:

Carry an extra camera battery and this will be very useful at times.

Selfie Stick.

Deodorant.

Woolen socks.

There are many other basic things like which you should carry like toothbrushes, pastes, soaps, towels and so on. Purposefully haven’t been included in the list as they are must for any kind of journey.
